As the country of India is battling poverty worse than ever due to Covid, CBOH was able to assist 195+ families in several villages with food, hygiene, and medical supplies for the months of April, May, and September 2020. These are mainly families of children who are in the Step Up Program, and also the leprosy colony. This enables to them to stay healthy, fight Covid physically, and to continue to experience God’s love for them.

Through the medical outreach program, we were able to reach nearly 1300 people and provide free medical care. Patients are offered free medical examinations, medicine, and lab testing.

By God’s grace, we are extending our Step-Up Program by adding 30+ children from the leprosy colony. This will open up doors for the children of families to know the love of God and also meet their physical, spiritual, and educational needs. This will bring the number of children we support through the Step-Up Program to 80, as there are already 50 children in our program in the village of Garudabilli and Gotlam.
